Looking for a part-time property role? Our client is looking for an experienced residential Property Manager in the Watford area to help oversee a residential lettings portfolio, manage landlord and tenant relationships, and ensure compliance while benefiting from flexible, part-time working arrangements.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised Property Manager who has previous experience and can hit the ground running

The successful candidate will help manage a residential property portfolio, liaise with landlords, tenants, suppliers, and contractors, and ensure smooth operations. Candidates with ARLA accreditation and significant property management experience will be given preference. Flexible working hours are available, offering an attractive work-life balance. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties
• Handling tenant enquiries and maintenance requests
• Coordinating contractors and overseeing property repairs
• Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and safety regulations
• Overseeing tenancy renewals, check-ins, and check-outs
• Managing rental arrears and deposit processes
• Providing excellent customer service to landlords and tenants
• Supporting the office team with general property management administration 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in residential property management
• Strong understanding of lettings and property management procedures
• Professional and customer-focused approach
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
• Exceptional organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Full UK driving licence and own car
• Knowledge of the Watford area (advantageous)
• ARLA qualification (preferred but not essential)
