WANTED Estate Agency Sales Manager / Lister – Watford area. A smart, market leading local agency are seeking an engaging, experienced individual who wants to work for a winning team

Our client, a highly successful and respected independent estate agency, is looking to recruit a proactive and ambitious Sales Manager / Lister. This role is focused on generating new business, securing instructions, conducting accurate valuations, and maintaining exceptional client relationships.

The successful candidate will be results-driven, commercially astute, and confident in their ability to convert opportunities into listings. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
  • Conduct market appraisals and provide accurate property valuations
  • Secure property instructions at the right price and fee
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
  • Negotiate offers and progress sales to completion
  • Work towards and exceed personal and branch targets
  • Represent the company professionally at all times 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Proven track record in residential sales, ideally in a listing or valuations role
  • Excellent business-winning and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer service focus and relationship-building abilities
  • Professional telephone manner and strong communication skills
  • Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated
  • Knowledge of the Watford property market advantageous
  • Full driving licence essential
  • Own car required
  • Professional and proactive approach to estate agency
