Door Supervisors at Gloucester Rugby Club

We're looking for enthusiastic Door Supervisors to join our dynamic Operations Team on matchdays and event days at Kingsholm Stadium, the iconic home of Gloucester Rugby.

Pay:

£ £1.65 (holiday pay) = £15.30 per hour

Your Role:

As a member of the Matchday Security Team, you'll be on the front line of guest experience and stadium safety. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring entry and exit points across the stadium
  • Carrying out ticket validation and accreditation checks
  • Assisting and directing guests with queries.
  • Managing crowd flow and ensuring safe foot traffic
  • Identifying and reporting suspicious or anti-social behaviour
  • Supporting emergency and evacuation procedures
  • Performing pre-event checks and attending staff briefings
  • Maintaining a clean, professional, and safe working environment
  • Representing Venture Security in uniform and with professionalism

What We're Looking For:

  • Applicants must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor or Close Protection licence
  • Level 2 Spectator Safety qualification (preferred for all, essential for some roles)
  • Smart appearance and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to stay calm and make sound decisions under pressure
  • A team player with a proactive, helpful attitude
  • Punctual, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent service
