Longlevens Rugby, located in Gloucester, is a family-friendly rugby club that is open to all members of the community. With a rich rugby heritage, the club has 4 senior teams, mixed ability teams, and juniors. The clubhouse offers a fully licensed bar, HD projector screen, multiple screens, and a gym. Longlevens Rugby also hosts events and guest speakers, including notable figures from the sporting world. The club takes pride in its Mixed Ability Rugby program, which provides opportunities for individuals with mental or physical illnesses to play rugby.

**Role Description**

This is a part-time role as at Longlevens Rugby. As Bar / Kitchen Assistant, your day-to-day tasks will include providing excellent customer service, effectively communicating with patrons, preparing and serving food and beverages, handling cash transactions, bar tending and cleaning kitchen areas. This is an on-site role located in Gloucester, where you will be responsible for maintaining the bar and kitchen areas, ensuring cleanliness and organisation, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all club members and guests.

**Required Experience**:

- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in the Food & Beverage industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with diverse individuals
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
