Hours of Work:
Full-time, 8.30am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.

As a College Services Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in providing support to students, particularly those facing challenges in their studies. Working closely with the Director of College Services, you will engage with students to identify their unique needs and ensure that they receive the guidance required to succeed. Collaborating across various teams, you will advocate for students and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment, making a real impact on their educational experiences.

College Services Coordinator Duties:

  • Support the effective delivery of the Compass Programme while keeping records accurate and up to date.
  • Assist the College Services team in organising student registration and managing late arrivals.
  • Ensure that all information on Virtual Learning platforms is current and accessible.
  • Coordinate the SEN(D) register, oversee independent education plans, and review them regularly.
  • Engage with diverse student populations, ensuring tailored academic support and robust quality assurance processes are upheld.

College Services Coordinator Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and desirable special educational needs training.
  • Experience working in an educational setting, especially with students needing additional support.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to connect with diverse individuals.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data management.
  • A collaborative spirit and commitment to continuous improvement.
