Role Summary:
Customer Services Administrator, UK
To ensure that our customers achieve the highest standards of service possible whilst achieving the correct level of sales for the accounts covered. Build strong working relationships with Warehouse, Finance, Purchasing, Marketing and Sales Teams internally, and Dealers and Customers externally.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • To ensure all customer orders are dealt with in the prescribed time frame and format.
  • To ensure all customer queries are dealt with speedily and accurately.
  • Feed orders to finished goods warehouse operators, influencing their schedule and prioritization to ensure timely and complete order fulfilment
  • To ensure that customers are kept up to date regarding any on-going communications / orders.
  • To ensure that all returns are managed in line with company policies.
  • To complete any other reasonable tasks as requested by all internal departments, including sales to ensure our service is 100%.
  • To proactively manage the UK Salesforce (Consumer Care) functions offering great customer service to our end users.
  • To embrace and grow product knowledge across all brands which fall under Videndum.
