We are recruiting a Neighbourhood Administrator (30 or 37 hours per week) to join our fantastic Neighbourhood and Estates team
This is your opportunity to start a career in housing management and to play a crucial role in supporting the operations of our incredible team.
We own and manage c.8,000 homes in the east of England, working closely with other agencies and stakeholders within our communities. We build on the good foundations we have in place in being a customer-centric organisation, investing in our existing homes - including our zero-carbon journey - as well as building new homes.

Please note, we are open to considering candidates that would prefer either 30 or 37 hours per week.
Outline of Key Responsibilities...
- Manage resident and stakeholder enquiries (across all platforms) aiming to provide resolution at first point of contact and ensure that all customer interactions & contact data are accurately recorded and processed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of Neighbourhood and Estate Management matters, recording issues, actions and communications on the Cx housing management and other IT systems as appropriate
- Support the Neighbourhood & Estates team in working with residents and partner agencies to identify community needs and opportunities for improvement, collaborating with the engagement team in organising community events and initiatives
- Complete Anti-Social Behaviour satisfaction surveys at key points throughout a cases investigation to ensure action is taken and to help deliver improvements to the customer experience
- Co-ordinate the mutual exchange process. Liaising with internal departments and other RSLs/Councils. Carrying out the administrative tasks associated with mutual exchanges, including collating & preparing all paperwork and creating new tenancy records on the Cx housing management
We are looking for someone who has...
- Experience of document management systems, scanning documents and managing records effectively
- Experience of undertaking administration duties.
- Experience of dealing effectively with enquiries from a diverse range of customers and providing resolution or signposting them to the appropriate person
- Can demonstrate experience and examples of creating and maintaining effective and efficient systems of work which comply with procedures and financial regulations and standing orders
- Excellent IT skills with knowledge of using of Microsoft packages, MS Word and MS Excel and able to understand and operate housing management IT systems
