You will lead a multidisciplinary team across sales, marketing, content and operations, ensuring every element of the event aligns with our values, brand standards and business objectives.This role requires equal parts strategic thinking and hands-on leadership. You will shape the event's long-term vision, develop and deliver its commercial strategy, and ensure it continues to evolve as a world-class platform that connects and inspires the most influential players in luxury travel.You will not simply deliver an event; you will nurture a living community of people and ideas. You will likely come from a background in luxury hospitality, sales and marketing, or business development, ideally within luxury hotels, luxury events or travel brandsExperience in budget management, P&L ownership, and commercial strategy development. A strong understanding of the dynamics of premium client relationships, the power of storytelling in driving sales, and the discipline of delivering commercial results.Strong strategic and analytical skills, with a track record of making data-driven decisions.You will be confident leading complex P&Ls, developing growth strategies and motivating teams to exceed ambitious targets. You will be a proven excellent negotiator, stakeholder manager, team manager and relationship-builder.An operational mindset with hands-on event management experience.
