Role Description

Live Nation is the world's leading live entertainment company, and we are seeking an Event Executive to assist and work alongside the Head of Destination Festivals by driving forward our portfolio of destination festivals. Your role will assist on all elements of developing and delivering music-led travel experiences, whilst collaborating with internal stakeholders, including Live Nation promoters, and external partners to create new destination event concepts, expand into new markets, and ensure every event is a success.

Who you are

Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience

  • Proven experience in dealing with events, travel experiences, or live entertainment projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of collaborating with multiple stakeholders across different teams and geographies
  • Exceptional marketing and project management skills, whilst working on multiple events.
  • Good interpersonal, relationship management and negotiation skills

What the role includes

  • Assisting with the overall organisation of all destination events.
  • Providing support for the growth strategy for destination travel within Live Nation, highlighting opportunities for market expansion and revenue growth.
  • Dealing with all incoming queries from internal departments (accounts, ticketing, marketing etc) and build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders (agents, venues, other promoters, etc)
  • Coordinating with local partners on the ground to execute at the highest standard.
  • Assist with the implementation of operational processes across the destination travel lifecycle to ensure efficiency and quality across all functions.
  • Assist with budgeting and financial forecasts, often using multiple currencies.
