Shuel Construction Limited are a family run construction company, providing high quality Property Maintenance and refurbishment services for both the private and public sectors. We work extensively with social housing clients, specializing in addressing Damp, Mould and Disrepair issues. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee operations at our Sites across Home Counties and London.

The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills and supervising experience, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating activities, managing teams, and maintaining safety protocols on-site.

Duties

  • Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
  • Manage and lead a team of workers, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Facilitate communication between clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A thorough understanding of health and safety regulations related to construction sites.
  • CSCS Card
  • Full, clean UK license
  • DBS Checked
  • Willing to travel
