Job Overview

Working alongside the Product Support Supervisor to ensure the accurate and timely administration of all live products.

Focusing on supporting the USA business but working with Global teams.

Duties

  • Working closely with the USA Product Manager and Sales Team as well as the Global Trading teams:
  • Monitoring and updating all package elements both as part of a weekly capacity review and ad-hoc as required in line with daily marketing deadlines. Ensure any variance in the cost/capacity is reviewed and recommendations made, or any issues flagged to the Product Support Supervisor
  • Understanding of product run rates in relation to the trading plan - an understanding of whether a product is either critical to current trading delivery or known to be low on capacities is key
  • Liaise with the other departments regarding stock and package amends
  • Assist in resolving any issues with product raised by other departments
  • Ensuring any amends to live products (including but not limited to pricing, USPs, Sale messaging, versions) are clearly communicated too.

o Marketing to ensure website is accurate and up to date for all products

o Sales, Admin, Service etc to ensure full understanding of key changes across the business

  • Attend the weekly trading meetings and understanding of monthly KPIs and targets by business segment (as relevant)
  • Management of any package closures per agreed process
  • Able to manage packages through Global Product Planner (GPP) process as required (package amends, new versions)

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a clear focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and able to deliver under pressure.
  • Proficient Microsoft skills, particularly Excel.
  • Good team-player, self-motivated and forward thinking.
  • Positive, reliable and tolerant (demands of the business means things can change at the last minute).
  • Ability to understand basic business finance, e.g., gross margin percentages and calculations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of the travel industry is helpful but not a requirement
  • Able to work extended hours on occasions when required.
