Apprentice Vehicle Technician

Location: Keith Motors Verwood

Hours: Full Time, including college block release

Salary: Apprenticeship rate (based on age and experience)

We're looking for an enthusiastic and committed Apprentice Vehicle Technician to join our busy Service Department. This is an exciting opportunity to earn while you learn — gaining hands-on experience in a professional workshop while completing your NVQ Level 3 Apprenticeship in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair. You'll be supported every step of the way by a skilled and friendly team who will help you develop into a fully qualified Vehicle Technician.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist with general servicing and repairs to cars and light commercial vehicles
  • Support video health check reporting and learn how to identify maintenance needs
  • Develop diagnostic skills using the latest Ford tools and technology
  • Help carry out warranty and recall work under supervision
  • Learn to fit accessories and vehicle upgrades
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment

Qualifications Required

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English, Maths, and Science preferred
  • A Full UK Driving Licence is beneficial but not essential
