- A yearly off-site for the whole company. Last year we went to a Croatian island, this year found us on a catamaran in Costa Brava

In the past 2 years, we have grown rapidly in product capability, customer base, revenue, and employee size. The next few years promise more of the same, with plenty of growth opportunities for us and our teams
About the Role:
This is a brand new role at Intruder, and as our first Founder's Executive Assistant, you will support Chris, our CEO, to operate at his best, managing internal and external priorities. It's an exciting and busy time here and the this role is a vital to the continued pace and success of Intruder and its teams. Calm, cool and confidently coordinated - are you who we need?
What could my day look like?
- Meet with Chris each morning to review the day and priorities.
- Protect his time: manage his calendar, build in thinking space, coordinate internal and external meetings - prioritizing what mattes most
- Triage his inbox and messages, highlight what's urgent, and keep him aligned with company priorities.
- Liaise with the leadership team, team members across the business, and external stakeholders including investors and partners. Coordination and follow up like a pro so our CEO, leadership and other stakeholders can work seamlessly together
- Handle whatever needs doing to keep things moving at Intruder — this is not a corporate EA role with narrow boundaries. You'll proactively jump in wherever you're needed, remove necessary boundaries and be empowered to make changes for the better.
What we think you will need to be successful:
- 5–10 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or Operations Coordinator/Lead supporting a founder or senior executive — ideally in a tech scale-up or high-growth environment.
- Experience managing a busy, dynamic schedule and juggling competing priorities across multiple stakeholders.
- You have supported C-level leaders directly — e.g. a CEO, COO, or Managing Director — and can be a right-hand partner vs. administrative support.
- Proven ability to manage time and priorities for someone with multiple external demands (investors, clients, partners, media).
- Skilled in organising complex meetings, travel, and logistics.
- Confident using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Airtable, or similar (typical start-up productivity stack).
- May have touched areas like internal communications, project coordination, or team operations

- Interview (60 mins): Deep dive into the role and your skillset with our CEO and Founder Chris here in our Shoreditch office in East London. You may also meet with other members of our leadership team too, who will be important stakeholders
