We’re Arbolus. We’re building the world’s innovative and forward-thinking knowledge acquisition platform. We’re looking for an executive assistant to support our two founders. Will and Sam are based in the UK but travel a lot to our three offices in Barcelona, New York and Gurgaon, India. The role is based in the UK with a minimum expectation of 2 days per week in our London office, the rest can be from home.

Arbolus is a 3-year-old business, backed by leading UK investors. The company employs over 100 people across its four offices. We serve professional services firms, private equity and venture capital and multinationals helping them benefit from working with the world’s best experts.

We are looking for an EA to support our founders because we:

The role includes, but is not limited to, the following duties:

- Managing calendars with an analytical mindset around time management
- Booking international travel arrangements, including visas and other logistics when necessary
- Effectively communicating and coordinating with internal cross-functional teams as a representative of the founder
- Effectively communicating and coordinating with external partners and stakeholders as a representative of the founder
- Attending meetings as requested, taking notes, and tracking/following up on action items
- Assisting in planning internal and partner workshops, offsites, and other events
- Some personal administration
