Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant providing primary support to the Asset Management and Finance teams where you will act both as an ambassador and gatekeeper on their behalf. Proactively managing diaries and travel, your keen co-ordination and interpersonal skills will be appreciated as you integrate the teams based both in London, Paris and Germany. Language skills would be of benefit, however not essential and the role offers the opportunity for you to fully integrate into the project-orientated workload.

You will also enjoy frequent liaison with key business partners and have the opportunity to organise and occasionally attend hospitality events, supporting the relationship management function.

Key Responsibilities

·      Diary management to Partners of the Asset Management and Finance team

·      Business travel in both UK and globally

·      Meeting and event management - effectively planning and efficiently executing meetings, internal and external events

·      Expenses and invoice processing

·      Administrative duties

·      Some office management duties, working in conjunction with other EA's

·      Meet and greet of guests and visitors to the office

·      Some out of hours help – taxi, flight changes, etc.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for the role you will need to have a minimum of 1 -2 years' secretarial experience, confidence with numerical work and the ability to liaise at all levels.

In particular:

·      Private equity or professional services organisation experience (preferred)

·      Solid technical abilities and a calm, unflappable and polished approach

·      The ability to work within a team and a fast paced, dynamic office environment

·      Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

·      Proficient English language skills, another European language is a plus

·      Time management skills

Remuneration: c.£40,000 + Bonus + Benefits.
