We are currently seeking a Night Porter for our 4* Hotel, Spa and Conference Centre in Northamptonshire.

Nestled in hundreds of acres of ancient parkland, Whittlebury offers an award-winning 254-bedroom four-star hotel, conference, and training centre. We have award winning facilities including a 3 AA Rosette restaurant and a luxurious spa.

Salary:

£12.21 per hour £28,571.40 per year based on 45 hours per week

Positions available - 1 zero hours and one full-time position - 45 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days.

This role will involve working weekends.

Due to our remote location, you will require your own reliable transport as public transport is not available.

What will you do?

As a member of our Nights team, you will:

  • Provide a high standard of service to all our guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to manage the check in/out process, answer calls and run the night audit.
  • Complete security checks of all buildings, grounds, and carparks
  • Assist other departments for room set ups/servicing Conference room
