- **Salary**: £21,060.00 per year/ £9.00 per hour **After successful probation your salary will be £22,510.80/ £9.62 per hour based on 45 hours per week, full time permanent contract**

**MAIN OBJECTIVES & JOB ROLE**:
Support and safety of all guests between 11pm and 730am in all capacities
**MAIN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY**:
- To be conversant with all Front Office Systems
- To ensure a high standard of hospitality and service is offered
- To ensure security control checks are carried out and any incidents reported to the Night Manager
- To ensure all boilers/heating is working and record temperatures and report any issues to night manager
- To deal with customers queries efficiently and in a professional manner
- To ensure all guests’ newspapers are ordered, delivered and charged to their bill
- To ensure all early morning calls are entered onto the Visual One system
- All early checkouts to be handled efficiently
- To ensure correct cash handling procedures are carried out, and that all transactions are put through Check-out and that any irregularities are investigated and put right before end of shift
- To effectively resolve and report any customer complaints in line with the hotel policy, any serious issues to be reported to the Night Manager
- To report all Maintenance issues as and when they arise
- To report all Health and Safety issues as and when they arise
- To inform night duty manager of all relevant issues to be put on the night moc report
- To adhere to the Hotel & Departmental SOPs
- To attend all training as and when required
- To be fully conversant with and adhere to Hotel Fire Procedures, Health & Safety Policy, Licensing Laws and all other legal requirements in your role
- To take on any other reasonable duties or carry out requests necessary to ensure we deliver the highest standards of service in this hotel
- To prepare, deliver and charge all food and beverage orders
- To ensure a good working relationship with colleagues
- To ensure cleanliness of ground floor public areas
- To ensure all windows and doors are locked
