Kitchen Porter

**At Whittlebury Park we are looking for hardworking staff to join our busy Kitchen Department**

Nestled in hundreds of acres of ancient parkland, Whittlebury offers an award-winning 254-bedroom four-star hotel, conference, and training centre. We have award winning facilities including a 3 AA Rosette restaurant and a luxurious spa.

**Salary**:up to £25396.80 per annum (based on 40 hours per week)

**What will you do?**

As a Kitchen Porter, you will:

- Ensure the plates, crockery, pots and pans, cutlery and pot wash area supplies, are available when required, ensuring kitchen areas are always cleaned.
- Discard any chipped or broken crockery immediately in a safe manner.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen / goods in areas ensuring health and safety guidelines are adhered to.

This list of duties cannot be exhaustive due to the requirements of the hotel industry. Therefore, you may be required from time to time to carry out reasonable tasks as requested by management. The hours of work can vary and will include weekends, late evenings, and holiday periods.
