Content Enrichment Specialist

The Content Enrichment Specialist delivers content enrichment and curation services related to video content for our client through reviewing, analyzing, researching, and building stories with online video content. This role reviews video content according to guidelines and provides analysis and feedback for the internal team and the client. They will utilize their passion for pop culture and social media trends to identify patterns and provide insight on the digital landscape.
This role requires adaptability to pivot in a fast-paced environment, the ability to work as an individual contributor, and collaboratively contribute to the team's overall success. Excellent communication skills, responsiveness, organization, flexibility, and time management are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:

● Review video content to ensure compliance with provided guidelines and criteria to meet client's goals
● Identify patterns or trends in video content, adhering to client guidelines and workflows
● Evaluate and assess an assigned number of videos required to meet daily deliverables
● Provide high-quality examples of video content relevant to a trend or pop culture moment as requested by the client
● Curate video content through selection, organization and presentation to build stories
● Apply a keen awareness of current pop culture and cultural /political climates to all work
● Engage with the client professionally during meetings and for project-specific clarifications and feedback
● Special projects as needed
● Must be available to work occasional holidays
● May be required to work evenings and weekend days
Required Experience
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
● Bachelor's degree or experience in relevant job or industry
● The ability to review information and make confident decisions with an analytical and objective mindset in a fast-paced environment
● Knowledge of content review guidelines, best practices, and how to apply them
● Flexibility to adapt to changes in guidelines, workflows, and tools
● Deep familiarity with the cultural and political climates in the EMEA region
● Comfortable working with Google Suite, with spreadsheets and other data management tools
● Strong understanding of digital streaming products, particularly video and its ecosystem
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience with copywriting and proofreading, preferably with a focus on entertainment content
● Experience working remotely and within/across multicultural teams
● A keen interest in/knowledge of pop culture, social media trends and creators, and trending video content
● Strong familiarity with memes, hit songs and content trends in pop culture including music, dance, gaming, beauty, fashion, film, TV, pets, comedy, and/or sports
● Familiar with popular social media platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, X, Twitch, etc.

Holiday work requirements: Due to the nature of our client's work, you may be required to work occasional holidays as scheduled by your manager. In these instances, we will provide compensatory pay or a floating holiday depending on your country's requirements.
