Digital Content Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic Digital Content Specialist to lead and elevate our digital presence.
In this newly created role, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering high-impact content and campaign strategies across our digital channels, boosting measurable engagement, lead generation, and brand visibility within our target markets.
The role relies heavily on using online tools and market research: you will oversee the planning, creation and optimisation of digital content across our channels, with a strong focus on SEO, analytics and campaign performance.
As we continue to seek ways to engage our target audiences more effectively, you will also identify, test and scale new digital channels to grow our business.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Social Media & Advertising: Lead the strategy and execution of organic and paid campaigns across our social and advertising channels, such as LinkedIn and Google Ads. Ensure content and advertising is integrated into wider marketing initiatives, with focus on driving engagement, brand visibility, and lead generation.
- Content Creation: Responsible for developing high-quality copy for our websites, social media, and other digital platforms, including blogs, podcasts, video interviews etc.
- SEO: Use SEO best practice to drive traffic to company websites. Leverage SEO tools, such as Google Analytics and SEMRush to conduct keyword research. Leverage these insights to optimise our content and increase website ranking on search engines in target regions.
- Lead generation: Using a combination of organic and paid for methods, increase website traffic and social media engagement to drive leads to our CRM and improve customer engagement via our digital channels.
- Insights and reporting: Leverage insights and tools to analyse data and metrics, including lead generation, to create weekly and quarterly reports on online user engagement, with specific focus on SEO and social media performance.
- Website: Work with the Digital Marketing Executive on incremental website improvements to optimise our performance online. Work together to manage relationships with agencies and third parties where necessary.
- Campaign management: Work with our Sales Operations and Marketing teams to define an effective, CRM enabled, process to track, manage and monitor the effectiveness of our campaigns. Consider workflow creation, data hygiene, and A/B testing.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team and subject matter experts to create engaging content to drive maximum engagement on our digital marketing channels that are aligned to the wider teams goals.

Essential Skills And Experience Required
- Confident written and verbal communications skills: Outstanding copywriting skills and the ability to use online tools to create, manage, and publish original and high-quality content across various online platforms
- Education and Experience: Marketing degree is desired. Experience in B2B digital marketing including social media, specifically LinkedIn and SEO is essential.
- Team Player: Willing to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to team goals.
- Attention to Detail: Able to handle multiple tasks and work to deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Interest in Marketing: Enthusiastic about learning about marketing strategies and campaign execution.
