Location: Wolverhampton - Must live in the Wolverhampton or surrounding area.
The Role:
Being a Care Coordinator with C and S Services Ltd is about more than just rota management. You will be joining one of the largest providers in Wolverhampton. Where you will be responsible for supporting the Coordination Manager with Business Growth and ensuring we are always delivering the highest possible standard of care.
We pride ourselves on delivering care that truly meets the needs of the individual we support, and your role will be fundamental to ensuring this happens every day by matching Service Users and Carers not only based on availability, but also personality.
Main Responsibilities:
· Allocating the right carer to the right service user at the right time
· Supporting the Coordination Manager with business development
· Ensuring all carer and customer records are up to date
· Liaising with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure the quality of care we provide is the best in the marketplace.
On call duties on a rota basis.
May be required to cover calls out of office hours and weekends.

Applicants must have the RTW in the UK and a Full UK driving license and own their own vehicle.
