Marketing & Sales Specialist (Spanish Speaker)

Role Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring digital and offline marketing strategies to promote our English school to both B2C and B2B audiences. This person should be proactive, creative, and analytical, with the ability to manage campaigns, track performance, and collaborate with different teams and partners. We are looking for someone dynamic, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans across digital and traditional channels.
Plan, launch, and optimise paid digital campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram), ensuring ROI-driven performance and clear reporting.
Monitor and report results of all marketing activities using analytics tools, dashboards, and campaign reports.
Manage CRM tools to track leads, nurture prospects, and support sales conversions.
Collaborate with B2B agencies and educational partners to attract and manage groups of international students.
Generate and manage content for both paid advertising and organic social media, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
Create and publish content for the company website, newsletters, and social media platforms.
Collaborate with local influencers and content creators to expand brand reach and awareness.
Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase website visibility and improve search rankings.
Engage with the online community through email campaigns, LinkedIn, and social media to drive engagement and conversions.
Analyse campaign data and marketing metrics to identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring better performance and higher student acquisition.
Support the sales team with marketing materials, leads, and direct communication with potential clients.
Regularly present marketing performance reports to management and key stakeholders.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar digital marketing role.
Fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
Strong background in digital marketing with proven experience in:
Google Ads & Meta Ads (campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting)
SEO (on-page & off-page)
Email marketing & CRM tools
Content creation for web and social media
Experience working with or for international education providers (English schools, study abroad agencies, etc.) preferred.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
