The Role
As our Talent Acquisition, People & Culture champion you'll be a key part of Vivanti's London team - advocating our brand, finding exceptional people, and helping make Vivanti an even better place to work.
It's a role that's 50% talent acquisition specialist, 50% people operations. You'll run end-to-end tech hiring, whilst also supporting initiatives to make our team feel supported, valued, and inspired. What You'll Be Doing...
Talent Acquisition
- Helping the team manage the full recruitment lifecycle- from crafting compelling job ads to making the final offer.
- Build pipelines of cloud, data, and AI talent who are as passionate as we are.
- Work closely with hiring managers to forecast needs and shape recruitment strategies.
People & Culture
- Support onboarding experiences that make every new hire feel part of the Vivanti from day one.
- Work with leadership to deliver engagement, recognition, and wellbeing initiatives.
- Assist in learning & development opportunities that help our people grow.
- Keep our culture vibrant through events, socials, and creative connection initiatives.
What You Bring
- A background in end-to-end tech recruitment (in-house or agency environment).
- Experience in people operations (onboarding, contract issuing & review, engagement)
- Knows how to attract and assess talent — ideally in tech, data, or digital industries.
- Has a genuine interest in people & culture and knows how to keep teams connected and engaged.
- Can juggle multiple priorities without losing sight of the details.
- Is confident working closely with everyone from junior hires to senior leaders.
- Loves to inject a bit of energy, humour, and fun into the day-to-day.
