Are you a friendly, professional, and proactive individual who loves making people feel welcome? Join us as a Front of House Welcome Host and be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to create a warm, organized, and exceptional experience from the moment they arrive.
What You'll Do
- Greet all visitors promptly and professionally, creating a positive first impression.
- Manage room bookings and front desk administration efficiently.
- Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and messages with care and accuracy.
- Coordinate with on-site departments and support helpdesk requests.
- Assist the team with day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth customer flow.
- Escalate issues to management when necessary, maintaining high service standards.
About You
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
- Responsible, proactive, and takes ownership of tasks.
- Team player who supports colleagues and shares knowledge.
- Well-organized, methodical, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in reception, hospitality, or customer service.
- Knowledge of booking systems or administrative software.
