Marketing Intern - grace & stella (Office-Based)

About the Role

If you love beauty, live for a well-organized shelf, and want to see how a skincare brand really runs behind the scenes, this is the internship for you. grace & stella is looking for a Marketing Intern who's equal parts organized, curious, and ready to dive into the fun chaos of a fast-growing beauty brand.

You'll help keep our office, samples, and marketing processes running smoothly while getting behind-the-scenes experience in brand marketing, product launches, and public relations.

What You'll Do
Product & Sample Management

  • Keep our sample cupboards (inventory, product variations, aging stock) looking tidy and easy to navigate.
  • Pull and organize products for internal shoots, gifting, and events.

Marketing Support

  • Keep shared drives and brand assets organized and easy to navigate (renaming, sorting, folder clean-ups).
  • Update SKU spreadsheets, retail calendars, and launch trackers.
  • Support creative projects and help update brand decks or presentations.
  • Jump in with general support: meeting prep, note-taking, sample sorting.
  • Bring fresh ideas and jump in where needed across the team.

Social Media, PR & Content Support

  • Source and organize social content (UGC, TikToks, trending audios, competitor examples).
  • Help monitor and respond to comments/DMs to maintain brand voice and build community.
  • Brainstorm and collaborate on content ideas with our Social Media Manager.
  • Initiate behind-the-scenes content creation for our socials (keeping up with office TikTok trends)
  • Update influencer/creator lists (emails, addresses, handles, notes).
  • Organize UGC in shared folders for use across channels (social, retail, emails).
  • Draft light outreach emails or follow-ups when needed.

E-commerce & Digital Support

  • Audit product listings and website landing pages for errors and inaccuracies (copy, layout issues, images order, mobile experience, etc.).
  • Do light competitive research on what other beauty brands are doing (launches, bundling ideas, trends).
  • Pull customer reviews and summarize insights.
  • Proofread copy and help keep brand materials clean and polished.

  • Highly organized - you love when everything has a home. (Experience with Google Drive is a huge plus).
  • Eager to learn and excited to be part of a collaborative, creative team.
  • A beauty/skincare fan who enjoys the fun side
    and

the operational side of brand work.
- Proactive, hands-on, and not afraid to jump in wherever needed.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with lots of moving pieces.
- Familiar with TikTok/Instagram trends (or excited to learn).
