ROLE OVERVIEW

As part of our dynamic and fast-growing Group Charter department, this individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences after booking confirmation. This individual will work closely on major charter projects, from large international sporting events to co-ordinating international music tours. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your career within a truly innovative and global brand, with opportunities to travel internationally and contribute to business-wide initiatives.

Working in the flight management team is unique in its exposure to all areas of the business and how we work both internally and with our external partners. We are looking for an individual who strives not only for individual excellence but who proactively seeks opportunities to learn more about some of our other business functions and build great working relationships. This is especially key in communication with our Sales team in understanding different ways of working to deliver a consistent and high-quality service for each flight booking and client.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and issue detailed flight itineraries prior to departure.

Organise catering in line with each client's customised requirements.

Manage and submit passenger manifest documentation accurately and on time.

Arrange bespoke branded items for the aircraft to enhance the onboard experience.

Arrange and coordinate ground transportation to and from airports, where required.

Providing flight representation at the airport or onboard to ensure seamless service execution.

Proactively and diligently manage all client communications and queries after booking confirmation.

Deliver an industry-leading flight management service for Victor's Group Charter and Touring clientele.
