Saltmarine Cars on the main M1 Motorway have an excellent opportunity for an Experienced Service Advisor to join our expanding team.

Reporting to the Service Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in handling customer enquiries face to face and on the phone, and liaise with the workshop to ensure our customers are kept up to date and communicate the work that has been completed on their vehicle.

Main Duties:

  • Administer warranty claims
  • Administer courtesy and hire vehicles
  • Liaise with fleet companies
  • Ensure manufacture processes are followed

Candidates must be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience working in a busy service or retail environment
  • Customer service experience essential
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office, Excel & Outlook and comfortable learning new Computer software and packages
  • The ability to work to deadlines
  • Experience working as part of a team & building relationships
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Friendly and professional telephone & personal manner
  • A desire to deliver 100% Customer Satisfaction

Personal Specification:

This is an exciting role for the right person with excellent customer service and communication skills to grow and develop within our company. Motor trade experience is desirable, although candidates with customer service and retail experience are encouraged to apply as full in-house and manufacturer training will be provided.
