About The Role

Kitchen Manager – BrewDog Norwich

We're looking for a Kitchen Manager to join the team at BrewDog Norwich

 As Kitchen Manager, you'll take ownership of the kitchen and lead your team to deliver consistency, quality, and smooth service every day.
 
 What you'll be doing
 

  • Leading, motivating, and developing the kitchen team

  • Delivering our burger and wings menu to spec with quality and speed

  • Managing all aspects of kitchen operations 

  • Creating a positive team culture built on respect and development

  • Working closely with the management team to drive performance and standards

  • Ensuring a safe, well-organised, and compliant kitchen environment



About You

You take pride in running a well-organised kitchen and leading from the front. You know how to get the best out of your team, maintain high standards, and keep every service running smoothly.

You'll have:

  • Experience leading or running a kitchen team, ideally as a Kitchen Manager or Head Chef

  • A real passion for quality, consistency, and teamwork

  • Strong knowledge of kitchen compliance, safety, and financial performance

  • A hands-on approach and the ability to inspire those around you

  • A calm, organised mindset and the confidence to perform under pressure
