About Us: What's The Motive UK is the country's leading events promoters, hosting over 350 events annually across the UK, EU, and USA. Our events are renowned for their vibrant atmospheres, stellar line-ups, and unforgettable experiences. We specialise in Hip-Hop, Afrobeats, Bashment, Soca, and Amapiano music genres, creating unique and exciting events for our diverse audience.

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic Events Co-ordinator to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be a creative and strategic thinker with a proven track record of managing calendars and organising events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the event calendar and secure bookings with reputable venues across the UK.
  • Source and book performing acts to enhance event quality and audience experience.
  • Manage and operate within assigned event budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ways to increase profitability.
  • Research and analyse current market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Mailchimp and Eventbrite.
  • Strong knowledge of Hip-Hop, Afrobeats, Bashment, Soca, and Amapiano music genres.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
  • Immediate availability to start.
  • Must have Whatsapp and be readily available

Remuneration:

  • Starting salary: ​​£12.50 per hour
  • Payment issued weekly
  • Remote working

Working hours:

  • 14 hours per week - Monday to Friday (Hours can be increased based on needs)
  • Bonus payment for managing events on the weekend
  • Daily reports being provided on completed tasks
  • Must be available for work during event days
