About the Role – Showroom Coordinator


Location: Commercial Street, Shoreditch, London


Hours: 35 hours/week, Monday to Friday


Reports to: Showroom Manager

As a Showroom Coordinator, you'll be a key member of our London Showroom team, supporting the execution of showroom strategies and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers and visitors. You'll work closely with students, designers, and clients, helping them discover the best fastening solutions YKK has to offer.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting marketing and sales activities for students and customers
  • Advising on the best YKK products and solutions with confidence and product knowledge
  • Collaborating on school, operating companies, and Global Marketing Group projects with the wider showroom team
  • Assisting in the planning and promotion of events, fairs, and displays
  • Managing internal reporting and general administrative tasks

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a creative flair
  • Confidence in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • A background or qualification in fashion or marketing is a plus, but not essential
  • Experience in the textile or fashion industry is beneficial, but not required
