Showroom Manager
to lead the operations of a luxury fashion showroom in London. The role requires a dynamic, service-driven individual with a strong understanding of the premium retail environment, capable of delivering a seamless client experience while managing commercial and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring an exceptional luxury client experience.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to deliver outstanding service and exceed sales targets.
- Manage client appointments, private sales, and VIP events with precision and discretion.
- Maintain showroom presentation to the highest visual and operational standards.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, stylists, and brand partners.
- Oversee stock management, sales reporting, and operational coordination.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with account managers, merchandising, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of showroom events and campaigns.
About You:
- Proven experience in showroom, boutique, or event management within the
premium retail sector. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and clienteling abilities with a focus on relationship building.
- Highly organized with a meticulous eye for detail and presentation.
