We're looking for an inspiring Showroom Manager to lead our stunning London showroom and bring our brand to life for every client who walks through the door.This is more than a store leadership role. As Showroom Manager, you'll champion exceptional service, build genuine relationships, and guide customers through a considered, design-led sales journey - all while leading, developing and motivating a talented showroom team.What You'll Be Doing* Being the face of the showroom - welcoming clients, understanding their vision, and delivering a premium, consultative service* Leading, developing and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional standards and beautiful customer experiences* Driving showroom performance through strong commercial understanding and attention to detail* Ensuring the showroom looks immaculate at all times, showcasing our product at its absolute best* Working closely with internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly and customer expectations are exceededWhat We're Looking For* Previous experience as a Showroom Manager or in a senior retail/interiors leadership role* A genuine passion for interiors, design and luxury/lifestyle retail* A natural relationship builder with a warm, confident presentation style* Someone who leads by example and brings a calm, polished and professional approach* Commercial awareness and confidence working with KPIs and targetsWe Love* Leaders who coach, support and elevate their team* A confident communicator with a genuine interest in people and design* Individuals who take pride in creating a welcoming, inspiring showroom environmentWhat You'll Get* Competitive salary up to £40,000 plus a great benefits package* Beautiful working environment with a design-led brand* Real progression opportunities as the business continues to growIf you're passionate about interiors and ready to lead a showroom where customer experience comes first, we'd love to hear from you.Please apply with your CV to start the next exciting step in your career.BBBH34752
