About the Role

We're looking for a
part-time, commission-based Sales Consultant
to join our growing team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for finding and converting warm leads into web development projects — specifically selling our
website packages
to small and medium-sized businesses.

This is a
fully remote contractor position
with flexible working hours — perfect for someone who is proactive, results-driven, and confident in closing digital service deals.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and qualify warm leads through online research, networking, and outreach.
  • Pitch and sell Picsoft's tailored web development packages to potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and propose effective website solutions that deliver results.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding and handover after sale.
  • Keep track of leads, communication, and deal progress using basic CRM or tracking tools.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in
    sales, business development, or consulting
    , ideally within the
    digital or web industry
    .
  • Demonstrated ability to
    find, nurture, and close warm leads
    successfully.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a
    customer-first mindset
    .
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently without supervision.
  • Familiarity with web development or digital marketing services is a plus.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
