Is this for you?

If you're an Architectural Assistant (Part I or Part II), a Graduate level Architectural Technologist who's delivery-focused and knows UK Building Regs well, this probably fits. Even better if you've dabbled in PD work or just want to learn it.

You'll feel at home if:

  • You're fairly confident with Building Regs or touched upon CDM regulations.
  • You're fine talking to clients (or can grow into it).
  • You've got a driving licence and your own car.
  • You're open to learning more around H&S, CDM regs and the Building Safety Act.

It's not about ticking every box. If the foundations are there, the rest can be built with you.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting senior staff on Health & Safety and PD services.
  • Making site visits, talking to clients, solving real problems.
  • Helping manage timelines, budgets, and compliance milestones.
  • Building up toward a more senior role.
