About the role

Customers look to us to be the "Experts" in implementing their learning products. They want us to understand them, consult with them, give them the confidence in the products they have bought, and make them successful.

The Implementation Manager is all about leading a team of experts. Your role is responsible for leading the implementation of our products and services to extraordinarily high standards to ensure a great experience for our customers. You will lead by example, demonstrating high standards and then managing your team to those high standards.

You will work within the Professional Services team to deliver provisioning, configurations, testing, enablement and consulting for our customers during their onboarding and other projects. Your team will work across a portfolio of 200+ implementation projects at any given time. You will work closely with other managers within professional services to deliver on budget and on time. The nature of these projects will require you to work cross-functionally and across all of our product set.

As a leader of this team you will also ensure strong performance management, leadership, development and other managerial responsibilities to ensure we have a high performing and industry leading implementation team.

Location:  There is a strong preference for the successful candidate to be within commutable distance to our Derry office.

What you will be doing 

Roles and responsibilities include: 

Work cross functionally with Revenue, Product, Engineering, Solutions Engineering and any other team required to ensure project success.Deliver exceptional customer experience in the implementation of customers' products and services.Support the delivery of Professional Services revenue targets.Manage a team of Implementation Specialists to provide a great customer experience through working with customers on their projects to deliver successWork across a portfolio of projects, products, and customers with multiple projects in-flight at any one time.Lead a team to deliver provisioning, consultancy, testing, enablement and configuration for customers in a project.Support projects as the "implementation expert" in a project team ensuring that all of the project team benefit from your knowledge to guarantee customer success in a project.Work as part of a project team, taking accountability for delivering your responsibilities alongside supporting project success, including risk identification, change control, timekeeping, and support of the project team.

Leadership & Management: You will have proven experience leading remote and global teams and guiding them to deliver successful implementations.SaaS & Technical Expertise: You will have demonstrable experience working with SaaS technologies and managing product implementations within the technology/SaaS sector.Customer-Facing Delivery: You will have experience working directly with customers in implementation, training, or enablement roles, with a strong track record of delivering outstanding customer service across projects.Consultative Approach & Requirements Gathering: You will take a consultative approach, confidently understanding customer requirements and guiding them toward best-practice solutions.Collaboration & Relationship Building: You will have a collaborative and confident working style, building strong relationships across the business to support team and customer success.Learning Technologies Knowledge: You will have a strong interest in learning technologies.
