Sales Associate – Surgical Equipment (Ideal for Clinicians Transitioning into Sales)


Location:
Supporting the south of the UK, but candidate ideally located in London Zone 3

Are you a clinician or theatre professional ready to step into the world of surgical equipment sales? We're looking for a driven
Sales Associate
to support our surgical portfolio and work alongside top healthcare teams in operating theatres across the region.

This role is designed for candidates with
1–3 years of clinical experience
—particularly those familiar with surgical workflows, theatre environments, or perioperative care—who are eager to apply their knowledge in a commercial setting.

What You'll Do

  • Support Area Sales Managers in driving sales performance
  • Assist with operating theatre
    product demonstrations
    and
    in-theatre case support
  • Deliver product education and training sessions for surgeons, ODPs, theatre nurses, and perioperative teams
  • Build strong relationships within hospitals, surgical centres, and procurement teams
  • Provide feedback from clinicians to help refine and improve product offerings
  • Conduct product evaluations and implementations
  • Represent the company at surgical symposia, cadaveric workshops, and industry events

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years' experience in a clinical setting
    , ideally within theatres, surgical wards, endoscopy, or critical care
  • Confident communicator who can engage effectively with surgeons and theatre staff
  • Strong interest in medical devices, surgical innovation, and technology
  • High levels of resilience, organisation, and initiative
  • Ability to thrive in busy clinical environments and adapt quickly
  • Full driving licence
