Our management consulting client is seeking an SAP Order to Cash Business Analyst with experience across sales, logistics, and transportation processes. This role suits someone with strong consulting presence and solid functional knowledge who enjoys working directly with business stakeholders to deliver practical, effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business and operations teams to gather requirements across sales order management, billing, and logistics execution.
  • Lead and participate in workshops to define and improve Order to Cash processes.
  • Document business requirements, functional designs, and solution recommendations.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure accurate implementation and integration with logistics and transport functions (LE, TM, or EWM).
  • Support testing, training, and change management activities.

Key Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of SAP SD or O2C functional consulting experience, ideally gained with a top-tier SI or consulting firm.
  • Strong understanding of sales, logistics, and transportation flows.
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders in a client-facing capacity.
  • Skilled in requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, and documentation.
  • Self-motivated, pragmatic, and solution-oriented with a "get things done" approach.
  • Knowledge of S/4HANA and P2P integration is advantageous.
