SAP OTC job typically involves implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) process within SAP S/4HANA or ECC systems, focusing on order management, pricing, billing, and delivering solutions to meet business needs, often involving integration with other SAP modules like Materials Management (MM) and Financial Accounting (FI).

Key Responsibilities

SAP OTC Implementation & Support:

Configures and customizes the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and OTC modules to align with business requirements, providing ongoing support for daily issues, troubleshooting, and resolving system incidents.

Business Process Analysis:

Analyzes existing business processes, identifies bottlenecks, and recommends technology solutions to improve efficiency and streamline the OTC workflow.

Integration Management:

Ensures seamless integration between SD/OTC processes and other SAP modules, such as MM and FI, to maintain data consistency and integrity.

Testing & Documentation:

Conducts functional unit testing (FUT), system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions and creates technical documentation for support and development activities.

Enhancement Development:

Designs, develops, and deploys enhancements to existing SAP systems, utilizing user exits, BAdIs, and other development tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

SAP OTC Expertise:

Strong understanding of SAP SD/OTC modules, including order management, pricing, delivery, and billing processes.

Integration Knowledge:

Experience with integration between SAP modules (SD, MM, FI) and external systems, such as third-party logistics (3PL) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

SAP Environment:

Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
