What You'll Learn and Contribute

Master SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics

Work hands-on with real organisational data within SAP SuccessFactors, uncovering insights about attrition, engagement, succession, DEI, and workforce planning Develop deep expertise in SuccessFactors analytics modules, including Workforce Analytics, Strategic Workforce Planning, and integration with SAP Datasphere Build proficiency with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for creating compelling HR dashboards and analytical applications that drive data-driven decisions Master data governance, metric definitions, and analytics adoption strategies that help HR teams move from reporting to insight-driven decision-making Understand how to layer emerging capabilities like SAP People Intelligence and Business Data Cloud to enhance people analytics programmes

Drive HR Analytics Adoption and Transformation

Collaborate with HR leaders, analytics teams, and change management experts to build data-driven HR cultures Help design and execute analytics adoption strategies that move organisations beyond dashboards to genuine business impact Contribute to workshops with CHROs and HR leaders, translating HR business challenges into analytics solutions Support the development of training programmes, adoption playbooks, and change management initiatives Learn to guide clients through people analytics maturity journeys, building capability and confidence in data-driven HR decision-making

Build Strategic Consulting Skills

Develop Your Technical and Domain Expertise

Gain hands-on experience configuring and optimising SuccessFactors analytics modules and reports Learn data modelling, data quality management, and metric standardisation within SAP Datasphere Create impactful dashboards and analytical applications using SAP Analytics Cloud Build documentation, templates, and reusable frameworks that establish best practices across client engagements Develop a deep understanding of HR metrics, people analytics use cases, and how organisations answer critical workforce questions

Who You Are and Who You'll Become

You're HR Analytics-Focused

You have 2+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors analytics, HR data platforms, or people analytics roles in enterprise organisations You're proficient with SuccessFactors reporting tools, and you have foundational knowledge of SQL, Excel, or analytics platforms You have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality You understand HR metrics, people analytics use cases, and what drives meaningful HR decisions (recruitment, retention, succession, engagement, DEI, etc.)

You're a Strategic Communicator

You can translate HR business challenges into analytical solutions and communicate data insights to non-technical audiences You're comfortable engaging with HR leaders and senior executives, and you enjoy working in client-facing environments You're self-motivated and thrive in remote environments, but you value connection and collaboration across distributed teams You understand that adoption matters more than tools, you're interested in how organisations actually use data to make better decisions
