What You'll Build
Deliver Transformational Data Solutions
Lead technical workstreams for complex people analytics projects involving SAP Datasphere and SAP SuccessFactors Design, build, and optimise virtual data models that enable powerful analytics and reporting Integrate and transform data from multiple sources including SuccessFactors, HR systems, and employee survey platforms Implement role-based access controls, automated refresh logic, and reusable data assets Collaborate with functional and visualisation consultants to ensure data quality and semantic consistency across the full data to dashboard journey Ensure clean, optimised data delivery that supports both immediate project needs and long-term analytics capabilities
Develop Internal Capabilities and Thought Leadership
Contribute to the development of internal accelerators, delivery templates, and documentation Support pre-sales activities by explaining Datasphere architecture and best practices to prospective clients Participate in marketing and thought leadership activities including webinars, blogs, and industry events Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to elevate the technical capability of the team Help establish frameworks and standards that become competitive advantages
Drive Technical Excellence
Make key technical and architectural decisions within your area of expertise Select appropriate tools, modelling techniques, and optimisation strategies Advise colleagues and clients on technical feasibility, limitations, and trade-offs Own the technical success of your workstreams and escalate risks appropriately Maintain awareness of emerging SAP technologies including BTP, Data Marketplace, and Data Fabric concepts
Who We're Looking For
A Technical Data Expert
3 or more years of experience in enterprise data platforms or comparable tools Proven expertise in SAP Datasphere including hands-on modelling and optimisation Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors data structures and HR metrics High proficiency in SQL and enterprise data architecture Certification in SAP Datasphere and ideally Business Data Cloud Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud and understanding of front-end reporting requirements Familiarity with SAP BTP, Data Marketplace, and SAP Data Fabric principles
A Skilled Delivery Professional
Demonstrated consulting experience delivering projects on time, on scope, and aligned to customer requirements Strong client communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve productivity and delivery efficiency Experience working remotely and autonomously with ability to self-manage and meet deadlines Comfortable managing your own workload and communication cadence in remote cross-timezone contexts
A Specialist in People Analytics Data
Exposure to people analytics, HR reporting, or workforce planning projects Experience working with SuccessFactors data or similar HR systems Familiarity with survey data platforms such as Qualtrics Understanding of HR metrics and how data translates into business insights Interest in how technical data work creates value for HR leaders and organisations
