In short :

We are looking for a passionate, food loving individual who is keen to learn all aspects of baking for a growing coffee business. You will be a key player in our operation, working closely with our head baker and bakery team to produce high-quality baked goods that meet our standards.

Directly reports into (Line Manager) : Bakery Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and production of a variety of bakery products including cookies, cakes, breads, viennoiseries and more.
• Packing and prepare boxes for delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area
• Help with inventory management and stock rotation
• Support the baking team in daily tasks such as mixing, baking, and decorating and finishing goods
• Adhere to all hygiene rules and food handling best practices
