What You'll Do

  • Underwrite new and renewal PI business accurately and profitably.
  • Develop and maintain strong broker relationships to maximise opportunities.
  • Apply trading, negotiation, and commercial skills to structure terms effectively.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to colleagues.
  • Analyse portfolio performance and contribute insights to support growth.
  • Represent Omnyy at broker meetings and industry events.
  • Report into the Head of Professional Indemnity

Essential

  • Extensive underwriting experience (5 years+) in PI or related specialty lines.
  • Proven success in broker relationship management and business growth.
  • Strong trading, negotiation, and commercial judgement.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Insurance systems.
  • Professional qualifications (DIP, CII, ACII or progress towards).
  • Portfolio management or strategic account oversight experience.
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive approach to growth.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and resilient
  • High standards of professionalism, integrity, and accuracy.
