Reception/Administrator

We are looking to grow our "Hear4U Family" with an experienced and reliable Receptionist. We are looking for a motivated person who can fit in with our team and its values.
Our practice mission at Hear4U is to offer patients the best care, to do this you will need the following characteristics and skills:
Excellent Communication Skills
Front of house experience
Commitment
High patient care values
Good computer skills
Excellent organisation, time management, and multitasking abilities
Good record-keeping skills
Work duties will include:
-Answering phones
-booking appointments
-cleaning and upkeep of reception
-training in simple repairs to fix hearing aids
-Good customer service
-Payment handling
-Experience would be an advantage but training is provided.
-Sanitising equipment
-Opening/Locking up the shop
Our team is friendly and professional, and we are looking for a similar person to fit in.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Monday-Friday: 1.00pm - 4.30pm

Salary: £12.21 per hour
