Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to ensure smooth operations within our service department. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be proficient in data entry, with the ability to analyse information effectively.
Working hours will be Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date records and databases.
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in analysing service requests and customer feedback to improve service delivery.
- Provide support in upselling services during client interactions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency within the service department.
- Maintain a professional demeanour while handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a service-oriented environment.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
- Demonstrated analytical skills to assess situations and provide effective solutions.
