We're looking for talented Ops Analysts and Senior Analysts to supercharge our Operations Analytics team    Our team empower Operations with actionable data, insights and AI models that drive decision-making across key business areas such as Customer Services, Complaints, Fraud, and more. We're passionate about supporting Operations in delivering the best possible experience for Zopa's customers.    Our mission is to make data accessible, accurate, and actionable for all.   • Build close relationships with Operations stakeholders to understand their needs and aspirations and work together to create analytical roadmaps 
  • Build, enhance, and automate dashboards and reporting for Operations using SQL, Python, and Tableau - making key data accessible and actionable for stakeholders, while reducing manual work across the team.  
  • Support the development and deployment of AI Insight models, including prompt engineering, collaborating with Operations to validate results, and partnering with Engineering teams to productionise solutions.  
  • Work closely with Analytics Engineering to design and embed DataMarts into reporting, enabling robust and reliable reporting for Operations.  
  • Quickly interpret business questions to deliver impactful analyses that driver smarter decision making.  
  • Champion data literacy by guiding stakeholders to interpret and trust insights crafting compelling narratives that turn complex analyses into actionable stories 
About you...
  • You are a proactive problem-solver with a high-attention to detail, who is keen to dive in and understand challenges and opportunities with key stakeholders. 
  • You know how to story tell through data and are comfortable communicating and translating across technical and non-technical audiences alike.  
  • You have hands-on experience with SQL and Python or a similar language.  
  • You're well versed at building dashboards and visualisations on Tableau or another BI tool (such as Power BI or Looker).  
  • You thrive on variety - enjoying the opportunity to work on a range of projects, collaborate with colleagues from different teams, and continuously learn as you go.  
  • You have experience (or demonstrable interest) in Operations and/or AI and are excited and curious about the opportunity to work with breadth and depth across these two key areas of the business.
