An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Business Analyst - Process Ops Change to join a globally respected (re)insurance market in London, renowned for its integrity and commitment to operational excellence. You will be responsible for preparing insightful reports that drive informed decision-making at all levels of the organisation. By leveraging your analytical skills, you will identify areas for improvement, and ensure that all activities align with regulatory standards.

To excel as a Data Business Analyst - Process Change, you will bring substantial experience navigating complex environments where regulatory compliance is paramount. Your background should include hands-on involvement in process transformation initiatives-ideally within financial services or insurance-where your analytical acumen has enabled you to turn raw data into meaningful business intelligence.

Key experience required;

  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement or change management within complex or regulated environments such as financial services or insurance markets.
  • Advanced analytical skills with proven ability to manipulate large datasets using tools like Microsoft Excel or similar platforms for generating actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication abilities that allow you to convey complex concepts diplomatically across various stakeholder groups including senior leadership.
  • High level of IT literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel) essential for reporting and presentation purposes.
  • Experience working collaboratively within teams as well as independently; adept at building relationships that facilitate knowledge sharing across departments.
  • Familiarity with regulatory expectations regarding good governance practices within insurance or financial services sectors is desirable but not essential.
