Job Summary
We're looking for a strategic and driven Talent Partner to join our growing Talent team. In this role, your core focus will be hiring customer-facing Finance and Accountants professionals, as well as supporting recruitment across other functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about building diverse, high-performing teams.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define roles, and develop effective sourcing and assessment strategies.
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for key roles across the Finance and Accounting teams, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
- Proactively source and engage top talent through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and events.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Use data and insights to track key hiring metrics, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Collaborate closely with the wider People team to deliver consistent employer branding and a standout candidate experience.
- Contribute to projects that enhance recruitment tools, onboarding processes, and overall hiring operations.
What You Bring to the Table
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment with accountancy experience, experience for hiring for online accountancy firms with large customer service teams.
- Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, tools, and platforms (e.g., ATS- Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities.
- Proactive mindset with a collaborative, team-first attitude.
