Field Sales Representative – Home improvements (Commission- only )

About Us:

CM1 Services is a leading provider of high-quality home improvement solutions, helping homeowners improve energy efficiency and reduce heating costs. Due to continued growth, we are looking for motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representatives to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Attend pre booked appointments with homeowners (no cold calling).
  • Carry out in-home assessments and recommend the most suitable home improvement and energy saving solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on the benefits of improving energy efficiency and home comfort.
  • Professionally close sales and manage customer expectations throughout the process.
  • Work in a field based role, travelling to customer locations within your assigned area.

Requirements:
