RKW Ltd is now seeking a
Marketplace Account Manager
to join its rapidly growing eCommerce division and support the continued expansion of the UK's fastest-growing housewares and kitchen brand portfolio.

Reporting directly to the eCommerce Director, you will bring strong commercial acumen, a deep understanding of online retail execution—particularly on Amazon—and the ability to turn insight into action.

You will be highly analytical, experienced in forecasting and demand planning, and confident using data to drive sales, margin, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver agreed sales, margin and performance KPIs in partnership with the eCommerce Director.
  • Manage Amazon Seller Central end-to-end, acting as the primary owner & for all assigned marketplace accounts (Debs, eBay, OnBuy).
  • Full P&L responsibility for managed accounts.
  • Build and maintain detailed SKU-level forecasts across customers and align them with business goals.
  • Translate forecasts into executable sales and promotional plans.
  • Use data and insights to identify commercial opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Content team to ensure optimised, best-in-class product detail pages within your customer base.
  • Manage Amazon promotional activities in line with 1P Vendor strategy.
  • Confidently present performance updates and recommendations to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Work cross-functionally to represent marketplace needs and champion Amazon-specific requirements across the business.
  • Become a category and product expert across RKW's brand portfolio.
  • Drive product visibility, ranking and sales velocity through established marketplace growth levers.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years' experience in a sales, eCommerce or demand planning role (Amazon experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce mechanics and marketplace best practices.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to prioritise multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to manage senior stakeholder interactions.
  • Demonstrate analytical, planning and problem-solving ability.
  • Confident presenter with the ability to convey insight and recommendations clearly.
  • Able to work independently while contributing effectively to cross-functional teams.
  • Driven to develop professionally and expand marketplace expertise.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Comfortable interpreting and working with large data sets.
