We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Construction Site Manager to join our team.

We are building refurbishment and retrofit experts.

Our passion is providing first-class sustainable products at incredible value for our Clients.

We are committed to delivering safe, sustainable and high quality construction, placing a strong emphasis on delivering excellent service to clients and stakeholders. Specialising in commercial, residential, education and leisure refurbishments, we offer both traditional and design-build contracts. Our services include managing projects with budgets ranging from £50,000 to £10,000,000.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement Bloom Construction Group management framework
  • Orchestrate day-to-day site activities
  • Manage the flow of sub-contractor's design information to suit the programme of works on site
  • Review design drawings for build-ability and co-ordination
  • Drive the very highest standards of quality
  • Monitor and report progress internally to directors and externally to clients

Skillset/ Experience/Qualifications

  • Experience in leading and delivering refurbishment projects
  • Ability to build and manage construction programmes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Degree qualified or equivalent NVQ Level
